This question often plague me…. how much do we understand about each other?
Every time we get into a ‘catfight’, the same question will hover over me, sometimes for days!
At time I asked myself, is he the right one (eerr… too late to ask?) or I wonder am I the right one for him. We are definitely from a different world… no doubt about that. I’m an extrovert, he’s an introvert. I loves to have many friends and make friends easily but he tried not to make any or be friendly. Weird?
But…but… it was not like that at all during the courtship days!
After marriage, we tend to bicker on the tiniest thing… for what? I have no idea. Do men find arguments fun?
Seems like the romance is gone after the baby arrives… imagine if I were to have a few more… probably I’ll have to seek solace in the mental health hospital….. aaarrgghhh!
*sigh* *sigh*

Today the hubby is still having PMS so instead of seeing his black face, I decided to bring my boy go shopping. We went to Qeensbay Mall. I know I will be there long so I parked on the 4th level where they charged RM1 for first 5 hours and RM1 for subsequent hour. We arrived ard 10.30am and left around 5.30pm! Terror leh!
We were lucky as today there were a lot of activities there. There was this Toyota Carnival outside. My boy was having so much fun on the air-filled/balloon types of playground (don’t know the actual name). There were a few so he was having so much fun jumping about. The weather was quite cloudy so it was fun out in the open. Then we get free hotdog and a Coke. My boy also had fun from the sand art though he was being pushed by some older kids whom were so impatient!
Then I brought him to get his shoes, a pair of long pants, a bed sheet set and a fleece blanket. Jusco was having sales… seems like their sales never end one hor? I bought him the 100% cotton Akemi bed sheet set which was on 70% off. Though there are limited designs, I finally decided to get him the one with a bear and some butterflies which is his favorite.
Brought him to Borders and there was a art and craft session going on the Kid’s Corner. There were already half way through so my boy can’t participate but being a very strong headed person, he insist of taking the crayon and want to draw! Luckily the staff were very nice and gave him a piece of paper to scribble on.
Happy with my loot and the boy is happy with a fun filled day… if the hubby was with us… probably we left in less than 3 hours!

Tell me which woman don’t ngam-ngam cham-cham (babble)??? Tell me which child don’t strew toys all over the place and make the house a huge mess?
I am super pissed this morning when hubby said I too ngam-cham becaused I asked him why he never wash the kitchen towel immediately after use as the stain from the curry he is cooking is seeping into the cloth.
Then my boy was looking for his toys and only did I realized the hubby has threw them away (saw him packing some of the toys yesterday but did not suspect anything then) after we tried looking for it high and low but still can’t find. I was so pissed that I told him “I am sooooo angry now and you still watch the TV!” and I switched off the TV he was watching and asked him to search and he just shouted back saying “I don’t know! Threw away already!” ggggrrrrrrrrrrr!
This made me very mad! He hardly spend time with our boy and he know nuts about what the boy will play during the day when the he is at work. Really blew my top this time!
He complaint that I spent too much time at the PC but who is the one who sit in front of the PC the moment he’s home from work? I can’t say him or he will starts arguing again.
In a day (weekdays) the max amount of hours he spend with our boy is 1 hour (most of the time is less than 30 mins), in the room before bed time. If I failed to go up on time, he will sleep and leave our boy playing by himself or asked our boy to go out.
Sometimes I wonder if I should just take my boy and walk out of the house! Geram-nya!

Since we returned to Penang, I have been sleeping earlier than before. The reason is, my boy refused to sleep if I’m not in the room and the hubby felt that I should sleep early so the boy will be quiet and go to sleep.
Now, I will be in lalaland by 10.30pm as compared to last time where I usually blog till 1 or 2 am in the morning. I knew it was bad for my health (could that be the reason why I can’t conceive?) and I thought this new arrangement could help patch back my weak body.
However, I will wake up by 2 or 3 am for nature calls!!! The worst is, I can’t fall back to sleep!
So, how? I will go down and start to blog again lor! Then I’ll go sleepy again around 7am… you say jia lat or not?
Hubby complaint that I did not exercise enough, thus my brain is tired but my body is not!
I am so lazy now… how to exercise more leh?

Not sure if any of you heard about this ‘wonder plums’ that can help you lose a few pounds before. Today I received mine which I ordered through Oscar’s mommy almost 2 months ago.
In fact I’ve tasted them about 2 years ago which my uncle’s wife brought over during 2006 CNY. At that time I was still breastfeeding Darrius and I don’t need anything to help me maintaining my weight as breastfeeding is one of the best way to do it. However, after weaning my boy off my breasts, my weight is slowly pilling up again. *sigh*
So now, lets talk about these Kenko Plums.
When I opened the box, there isn’t any reading materials in it so I don’t know where or who made them. I can only see some instructions on the back of the individually pack plum. It said to eat 2-4 packets after dinner every night. They are not suitable for kids below 3 years old as well as pregnant ladies as well as people who has very weak constitution.
The ingredients are: Golden Plum, Lactic Bacteria, Garcinia Cambotia, Angelica Keiskei, Pu-er Tea, Liquorice Powder and Alexandrian Senna.
As far as I understood from my aunt is that the plums help to detox the body… yeah, you will go poo-poo very often after consuming them. Since I am having constipation these few days, these plums have definitely came at the right time!
Whether these plums are effective or not in helping me to shed off the extra weight, I will have to see after I finish this box. I will blog about it again. So stay tuned!

to conceive…
Yeah, we are at it again and in fact we have been working on it since I can remember! We have missed the Piggy year, then the Mousey year and I hope we don’t miss the MooMoo year!
Sometimes we are puzzled why we have difficulties conceiving when we can conceived our first child so easily. In fact, so easy… that we hit the jackpot on the first try!
Last month while I was in KL, I went to my old GP to treat an ear infection and I told her about my intention to conceive again but has not been successful after so many tries. First, she told me it is God’s will and next she told me I should prepare my body so I that I am healthy before I start trying again. She then suggested that I take some Evening Primrose to boost my health.
So, after delivering some cupcakes yesterday at e-Gate, I popped over to Tesco. Bought 2 bottles (buy 1 get 1 free) of Naturalle 1000mg Evening Primrose Oil for only RM39.92 as well as a few slabs of Acid Folic tables for RM0.50 a slab. I saw the Blackmore Evening Primrose but they are a little pricey even for the 500mg tablets.
Not sure how much these can help me to conceive but I think supplements like these won’t harm my body. Will try and see how things goes…
Wish me luck, will ya?!

Sometime life is such a funny thing.
In the last 2 weeks, I have found a lot of old friends on Facebook but there is this startling revelation… a lot of the good guys I knew are gaaaaaays!
This really sadden me… a lot. OK!OK! I’m not an over reacting stay at home auntie but knowing all these nice guys will not be settling down with a ‘perfect’ family really hit my soft heart.
Some of these guys are like my ‘big kor-kors’ who taught me how to cook!
No wonder more and more girls can’t find good husbands… cos either all the good men are taken or they are gaaaaaays! *sulk*

Butter Dreams is currently running on WordPress version 2.6. It is very different from the previous versions which some of my blogs are still on. Though it is supposed to be more advanced but I find some of the new functions a little confusing. I am still quite happy with with the older version of 2.1 and 2.3 which is more simplified.
For version 2.5 and 2.6, I don’t quite understand how to use the image uploader. There are too many windows and it confused me in a way on how to save my images. They have something like what Blogspot has, where you can actually choose how to place your image in the post but they always end up on the wrong side of the post! In fact I have to do it manually rather than using the pre-set function.
Anyway, I know there are still bugs and newer versions will continue to come so I am not really bothered. For now, I will just stick with this since I don’t know how to revert back to the older version.

Yeap… that was what I had for brunch today…
Hubby cooked his ’special’ Hokkien Mee as he has been craving for it for months. Every time he said he want to cook some I will show my face 0.o as I am not a Hokkien Mee fancee. I rather have Asam Laksa instead of Hokkien Mee.

So, being the extraordinary me, instead of using the normal yellow noodles and beehoon (rice vermicelli), I used the Japanese instant noodles I have.
Love the texture of that noodles as it is more springy.
Hubby said the soup is nice wor but to me still the same-same as the one he cooked previously. Too peppery taste… which can be quite heaty.
Anyway, I will not take too much of it… if nothing to eat in the evening I’ll just walk over to the Nasi Kandar stall next few doors and get my fix of Nasi Briyani…

I was elated when I saw Giant was selling the blueberries which I bought last month in Tesco X-tra KL. Those I bought in KL was so sweet and for the first time, it is selling below RM10!! Bought them both for RM7.99 which is considered as cheap. Cold Storage is selling a box for at least RM18!
When I was in KL, I tried using some to bake my cupcakes and they tasted so sweet and good! So fresh and they actually melted inside the cake!
However, the box I got from Giant was not as sweet instead it has a tinge of sourness. Then I remembered I still have a tub of Baskin Robbins with me as well as some sliced peaches. Hence I decided to indulge in some… oooo… yum.
