Today it rained cats and dogs the entire day!
It is supposed to be a dry and hot (especially when it is durian season) here but it has been raining quite frequently. This has definitely affected the durian growers here as wet season will dampen the quality of the King of Fruits.
In fact the price of durian is so much higher than the years before and the harvest has shrunk tremendously due to the rain and ruining the durians’ quality which is uncommon on this island. Penang is often hot and dry but now we get rains all the time. Good for me though… at least it is not so hot and humid…. great to sleep!
Since I am not a fan of durian… I don’t give a damn! 
Pity hubby though… he is a durian fanatic!
